Privacy policy

This policy explains how JNPB advokátní kancelář s.r.o. processes the personal data of website visitors as a controller under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

What data we collect

Through the contact form: your name, phone number, email address (optional) and the text of your message.

Purpose and legal basis

We use the data solely to answer your enquiry and to provide legal services. The legal basis is pre contractual negotiation, performance of a contract and compliance with an attorney's statutory duties. We do not pass the data to third parties except where the law requires it.

Retention period

We keep the data for as long as the purpose of processing requires, or for the period set by law for archiving an attorney's file.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. To exercise them, write to office@jnpb.cz. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority.

Attorney client privilege

Anything you tell us in connection with a request for legal assistance is covered by an attorney's duty of confidentiality under Act No. 85/1996 Coll., on the Legal Profession.
